Course Description

Unreal 4 comes with Blueprint, a visual scripting system that allows for programming anything with Unreal 4.
Game programming is not easy, it's actually very difficult, especially for beginners. However, with Blueprint, Epic Games has created, in my opinion, the easiest to use and most powerful scripting system I have ever seen. Blueprint is user friendly, well documented, and fairly easy to use- so long as you understand the essentials. In the part of Intro to UE4, I'm going to show you the basic essentials you need in order to start programming your own gameplay logic. We'll be creating an example Blueprint, and I will explain every step of the process in excruciating detail. Blueprint is a ton of fun to use, so let's get started!
